Excellent experience. Polite and knowledgeable. No pressure and very accommodating. I highly recommend Elite to those needing an Audi or BMW serviced and are worried about dealerships. A $4200 and $3800 quote from two Audi dealerships ended up costing my daughter and I only $975 at Elite. Sam is a pleasure to talk with, and is up front and clear.

I met with the service advisor Carlo the day before I dropped by car off for service explaining what was going on with my 2009 BMW 135i. We made an appointment the next day to drop off my car he told me it might take a couple weeks before they can look at it and they are very booked out I told the service advisor it was my summer car so it no rush. To my surprise two days later I get a VERY detail report about what was wrong with my car along with a complete inspection of possible issues with my cars current health. The service tech provided me detailed explanation what was wrong with pictures showing the issues and color coding them for importance. They had quoting pricing on each item that needed to be addressed, one item I thought needed to be done but after the techs inspection it wasn't needed. (very honest of them). My car was ready for pick up the next day, the car was completed all repairs done per the quote no "extra" charge and my car runs like new again. I am a very picky person on who I allow to work on my car and this company went above and beyond. I am a hobbies car guy who likes to work on his own car, but I was stuck on the proper diagnostics this time. It was a simple mistake they found and they charged me a reason price to fix it. If you have a car that needs work and are afraid to have someone work on it I would highly recommend Elite Auto Repair. Thanks guys I will be back for sure!
