Stopped in, without an appointment, to inquire about an issue with my car. They asked if I could leave it so they could check it out and get back to me. Before to long, I had an electronic report of the issue with my car which included photos. It was like I was under the car myself. I was great and they explained everything. In short...Fast, friendly and quality service.

The reception person, Carly, was very efficient and professional as all the necessary paperwork was prepared upon my arrival. Operationally, Elite had a bay ready for my vehicle to commence the service, which included a RI inspection and overall review of the condition of my 1997 BMW Z3. I was concerned that due to the age of the car that there could be some issues. After their review, Elite provided a very thorough report showing that I had 79 positive checks and 2 questionable issues. AND they provided the report digitally to my email and phone in real time - very impressive! Thankfully the 2 questionable issues were minor. My appointment started at 9:00 and I was out by 11:20 - not bad at all. This was my third trip to Elite and I will be back.

I have worked in the auto industry for almost ten years and when my car needed work I knew I didn’t want to bring it to a dealer. I only knew about elite from driving by here and there but I have to say, I am THRILLED that I chose them. From Mike to Carly to the techs and office members, everyone there is friendly, knowledgeable and uderstanding. My car ended up needing more work than I thought it did, and I only knew this because Elite does a FULL check on the car and includes detailed information on a virtual inspection program that had pictures of any parts that were worn down with explanations as to why they were important. Not only did it give me the comfort of seeing a picture of my car on the lift and not being lied to about if it had received any attention or not, but it also gave me the chance to see what was crucially important THAT DAY, vs the advice I got from Mike on work that needed to be done in the near future. I’m a pretty young guy so my income is what it is. When I received a quote on tires for example, I could not afford a full set of the brand Audi required. Instead of turning me away or trying to talk me into spending more money I had, Carly found a new set of tires that were in the warehouse of a different brand and she made it work for my budget because she understood my situation. THAT went a long way for me. In the meantime, they gave me a loaner car for no extra charge and it was a cool little BMW. I grew even more confident in their ability to keep my car going because the loaner had almost 200k miles on it but you would NEVER know! It was a rolling advertisement of their quality work. When I went to pick the car up it was clean as it was when I dropped it off and also running smoother than ever. It didn’t end there. I stood there and chatted with Mike for almost an hour because he’s JUST THAT COOL. We enjoyed regular conversation, he gave me a breakdown of future work the car might need (no pressure) and exactly how much it would cost me as well. I have never left a shop with such a big smile on my face and truthfully it’s because I finally knew I hadn’t been played, ripped off or steered in a direction I didn’t want to go in. If you are in southern New England and you have a foreign car , there’s NO BETTER PLACE THAN ELITE AUTO REPAIR. HANDS DOWN. I stand by it! Thank you mike , Carly and the entire team at Elite for a great first experience. I WILL be back!!! A+ / Five Stars / Two thumbs up.

I have been a customer of Elite for over 25 years going back to when Jim's business was in Apponaug. He has ALWAYS delivered exceptional service and over the years I have referred many people to him. Mike's attention to detail and extraordinary customer service really made my experience even more outstanding. Dara's attention to detail (especially fixing my heat shield) was uncommon especially since many people don't pay attention to the 'little' things.
