After submitting my initial review and opening a BBB case, the owner and management of Elite Auto Repair immediately took full responsibility for the mistake. They acknowledged that they were unable to complete the full alignment as initially promised due to the vehicle's aftermarket components, and apologized for the overcharge. They have successfully issued a partial refund of $230.00 back to my credit card, leaving $100.00 as fair compensation for the basic toe alignment they completed. I highly appreciate the shop for their honesty, prompt response, and excellent customer support in resolving this matter fairly.

Each team member was courteous and proficient in their expertise. It is obvious when I got my car back, that the technician was diligent in completing the job correctly and took personal pride in their finished product.
