I highly recommend Elite Auto Repair, especially if you’re dealing with a difficult issue that other shops haven’t been able to figure out. My 2015 Toyota Highlander had a check engine light with code P0500. The Toyota dealership told me I needed a complete transmission replacement and quoted me about $9,700, saying the issue involved an input/output speed sensor that they would not replace separately. I took the vehicle to a transmission shop, where they replaced the sensor, but the same problem remained. After that, I brought it to a shop that specializes in electrical issues. They kept the vehicle for about two weeks and still could not pinpoint the exact problem. My experience with Elite Auto Repair was completely different. Their communication was excellent from the beginning. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, explained what they were checking, and made sure I understood what was going on with the vehicle. Within about a week, they found and repaired the actual problem: an electrical short involving the instrument cluster and its communication with the transmission. They even provided a video showing the work they performed. What really stood out to me is that replacing the transmission, as the dealership recommended, would not have fixed the actual issue. I also really appreciated their shuttle service. Not having a ride back to the shop could have been a hassle, but they were able to pick me up and bring me to the shop so I could get my vehicle. After nearly three months of going back and forth between different shops, along with spending around $3,500 on a rental vehicle during the process, I only wish I had found Elite Auto Repair sooner. They were the shop that finally took the time to properly diagnose the problem and fix it correctly. Finding a repair shop you can trust is not easy, especially when you’re dealing with a complicated issue. Based on my experience, Elite Auto Repair has earned my trust. Their knowledge, communication, and customer service made a frustrating situation much easier. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a shop that will take the time to find the real problem and get the job done right.

Great service and experience. This is my first time going to Elite after Firestone told me because of an oil leak, my car was totaled. I took my car (2011 bmw 3 series) to Elite for a second opinion and ended up being a completely fixable broken bolt. I have been driving my car for 3 months now and no issues. Elite Auto Repair fixed an oil sensor issue on my mom’s car that has been recurring for years. Not only did they take the time to do a deep dive on what the actual problem was, they realized it was a matter of faulty wiring. They repaired the wiring instead of replacing the sensor and saved us $500. They were professional and courteous, as well.
