Great service and experience. This is my first time going to Elite after Firestone told me because of an oil leak, my car was totaled. I took my car (2011 bmw 3 series) to Elite for a second opinion and ended up being a completely fixable broken bolt. I have been driving my car for 3 months now and no issues. I 10/10 recommend Elite.

Elite Auto Repair fixed an oil sensor issue on my mom’s car that has been recurring for years. Not only did they take the time to do a deep dive on what the actual problem was, they realized it was a matter of faulty wiring. They repaired the wiring instead of replacing the sensor and saved us $500. They were professional and courteous, as well.

Today I brought my 2012 Toyota Sienna in fomservice because the airconditioning unit wasnt working. I sat and waited for my car to be fixed. I have been going to Elite for over 20years. They have kept my car in tip top shape even though it is 14 years old. Happily they were able to locate the fluid problem. Once fixed I left to go home with a big smile on my face. Another successful and rewarding appointment at Elite Auto where my problem was solved as usual!

Best prices around for A/C diag for my older 06 TSX. Everyone wanted atleast 115$ more for the same service and now I have A/C again on this old girl with 314,000 miles. Everyone is excellent and very communicative. Just go here!!

After submitting my initial review and opening a BBB case, the owner and management of Elite Auto Repair immediately took full responsibility for the mistake. They acknowledged that they were unable to complete the full alignment as initially promised due to the vehicle's aftermarket components, and apologized for the overcharge. They have successfully issued a partial refund of $230.00 back to my credit card, leaving $100.00 as fair compensation for the basic toe alignment they completed. I highly appreciate the shop for their honesty, prompt response, and excellent customer support in resolving this matter fairly.

Sam, Carlo, and the entire Elite team are amazing! Right from the point that I enter, they treated me like I was their main priority, and the follow up service is top-notch. Each team member was courteous and proficient in their expertise. It is obvious when I got my car back, that the technician was diligent in completing the job correctly and took personal pride in their finished product. A 5-star, class A business from start to finish.
