I 100% recommend Elite Auto!! My 2015 BMW 328i started making a noise that I described to them as “the noise that an old spring mattress makes when the springs are worn out”. Using that description, they were able to diagnose and then fix the problem for a very fair cost. And now, (and it could just be in my head) my car drives even better than it before and most importantly, it no longer squeaks! Thank you Elite Auto!

Once again, Elite Auto saved me and my BMW! I was out running errands, got in my car to go home and all these lights unexpectedly showed up on my car screen. It felt like my power steering went out. I immediately drove my car over to Elite Auto in full blown mental breakdown panic mode. They took my car in and diagnosed the problem to be my EPS cable. It didn’t take long for them to fix my car and get it back to me as good as new! They can fix ANYTHING!! Thanks again to Sam and every single person there! You guys are awesome!

I found my new shop. I had a check engine light which my normal mechanics could not figure out in three trips. They advised me to go to the dealership, which incorrectly diagnosed the problem. Instead of going back to either place, I found Elite and saw they specialize in Japanese cars, so I thought they could help. Couldn't be happier. Especially with the shuttle taking me to work and bringing me back. Just a great shop all around, will happily go back for everything now.

These guys are the best. Before any work is done they send over a video of what’s wrong with the vehicle and get it fixed in a timely manner. The cherry on top is they also cleaned inside and outside of my vehicle!!!

Sam and Carly are knowledge and most of all polite and respectful. Dad Jim has taught them well. Our Lexus automobiles are well cared for and problems addressed owners clearly and quickly.
