The best my car has ever felt after getting it back.

I brought my 2012 Toyota Sienna Van in today for oil change and check up for the upcoming winter season. As usual the service I received was outstanding. Carly and Carlo did everything to make sure that my request for winter checkup was completed. Excellent service. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else. I have been taking my cars ton Elite for over 20:years. They always provide fantastic and Excellent service.

Did an annual inspection, followed by a plugged drain fix. Owner himself rode in the car to diagnose as soon as he heard about my description of water sloshing around. The fix was performed on the spot with no additional charges. Also appreciate the cleanliness as the light-colored interior remained stain-free. Will do business with them again.

I recently had a situation where I brought my Jetta in to have the rear brakes replaced. During the process the technician ran into an unexpected issue. I received a phone call right away explaining the situation and offering me options. It was a Friday afternoon and my Jetta is my only vehicle. Elite Auto Repair offered me a loaner for the weekend. When my car was ready to be picked up on the following Monday there were no additional charges. They fixed the unexpected issue that they had run into at no extra expense to me. The courtesy loaner car was exactly that a courtesy that was very much appreciated. I have been back several times since then. The combination of honesty, integrity and a highly trained staff= 5 stars

Excellent service, clarity on what and why of the things they needed to do. A great lower cost alternative to dealer service. They did a great job on my Porsche Boxster.
