I brought our VW to them with a turbo problem. They took time to diagnose the problem to a tee. They were also very thorough to scope the turbo to make sure there wasn't an unseen problem. They found the problem to be a couple of much less expensive sensors, replaced them and got the car back to us within the quoted price. This alone is enough to recommend them to anyone in need of service, but they were so courteous during the whole process keeping us informed. They also made a loaner vehicle available. Service above and beyond.

Great service again today! (forgot to hit “post” on this review that I actually typed up 9 months ago.) I don’t typically write reviews, but today I absolutely had to make an exception after their team member Michael offered me super quick relief this morning. This was also after I 100% panicked and yelled during both, my call with Him, and while on my commute to work this morning! The problem I was worried about most, getting seen right away and being back on the road quickly. Turns out this wasn’t a problem at all! Plus the Elite team was able to determine the fix right as I drove in. I still kinda can’t believe I didn’t figure it out myself after being a lifelong New Englander, So much so I feel almost silly about my crazed call to them this morning. The problem that was causing my panic, my tires had some Icy snow mix in the wheel area causing an insanely scary vibration while I was driving on the highway. All that was actually needed was a better clearing off of that snowy ice mix before leaving the house this morning. To top all that off I have to say Michael, who is new to me, is very trust worthy and knowledgeable. He quickly checked with Jim, Ruth, & Katie about waiving my fee today after they cleared off and checked all four tires (which for the record, I did let them know I gladly would’ve paid forafter the quick peace of mind they gave me today!) and they all approved it without batting an eye. Thanks again Team Elite!

I took my car to Elite, after several mechanics were unable to diagnose the problem. I had a great experience dealing with Mike. He made it stress free with exact quotes on the repairs needed. Not the typical broad price range most mechanics quote. After a few short days my car was back to me and have not had a problem since.
