Elite is always prompt in setting an appointment time. The work is done correctly. If it takes longer than is convenient, they give a free loaner. On the rare occasion that there is a problem with their work, they correct it immediately and at no cost. They are wonderful!

this place ALWAYS takes care of me... and the best part... is i can actually trust what the mechanics tell me is wrong.... first place that ive been to. that doesn't just want your money... the only thing they wanted. was for me to have peace of mind... this place is great .

Front counter people, Carly and Mike, were very helpful and understanding, and the mechanical technicians solved a major problem that one place expressed reservations about, and another had refused to try. Elite Auto Repair well advised me of several matters requiring attention, and gave me excellent service on those matters which enabled a very safe and confident driving of my vehicle for a time. I was also able to take out a 'loaner car' from Elite to return home for the overnight. Very courteous, efficient, and trustworthy people to work with.

Terrific service and exceeded my expectations. Elite Auto RI was great to work with. They explained everything with detail and talked about different options regarding my truck. The loaner car was useful and they were nice, friendly and polite as well. Very impressive.

Extremely pleased with the work of Elite! These folks take pride in their business, and it shows. They are super! The bonus comes with my car looking like new, after being washed by them; but it isn't a simple washing but a detailed cleaning of the windows and a thorough vacuuming. Elite will be my go to from now on!
