Elite never disappoints, one of the most accommodating shops that I've ever been to. On extremely short notice and on the MLK holiday I called Carly to ask if I could get the battery changed on our vehicle. She not only was able to get my vehicle serviced she fit me in while making me feel that I wasn't an inconvenience the business. That level of customer service can not be taught, you either have it or you don't. And Carly has it! Thank you for being wonderful and the best shop around.
