I can’t thank everyone there so much, I was in a bind when my Mercedes wouldn’t start on a Sunday. I brought it to elite on Monday morning and even though they were extremely busy, they fit me in and fixed my car because they knew I was in a bind. Thanks again. You have gained a loyal customer!!

As alway the Elite team did not disappoint, when they service my Porsche old or new, BMW, Volkswagen or GMC pick up, from something simple like checking a battery to a major engine job, it gets correctly with total transparency . Even with the potential shortage of staff they get it done seamlessly.

My Honda Odyssey broke down on a Sunday in Boston and needed to be towed back to Warwick where our hotel was. We found Elite online and called the cell number listed on the website. They actually called us back on a Sunday!😊 We had the vehicle towed there and they gave us a loaner car while they replaced the alternator. Price was reasonable - they could have gouged us bc they knew we were there on vacation from out of state, but they chose to take good care of us! Very impressed!😃

Always a pleasure - Most recently, I required a replacement lighting fixture. A brand new part was extremely expensive. Mike made the effort to find a good, used one and it was much, much cheaper in the end. Elite installed the part in a few minutes while I waited and off I went. Great service and service with a smile. It's a good combo.

As soon as I walked into Elite and met Carly and Mike at the front desk, I knew I'd be getting my car worked on there. Every conversation I've had with an employee at Elite has been notably positive. It's clear that the people who work here know what they're doing and take pride in their work. They were able to complete a service on my 2010 S5 that the Audi dealership told me they couldn't do, for half of the price the dealer told me it would "probably" cost. After the exceptional service and hospitality I received here, I know that I'll be having all future issues with my car taken care of here.
