Scheduled my Jaguar XJ8 for an alignment. Staff were friendly and service was efficient. I waited while the alignment was being done and was kept informed on progress. Once completed, the technician provided a detailed explanation of the results. Highly recommended.

My rear brake pad change alert came on around 15.8k miles for a new 2023 BMW. I had a feeling that it was the sensor and not the pads themselves but needed the expertise to confirm one way or the other. Everyone was very courteous and welcoming. I am 100% satisfied with their assessment, explanation, quality of work, and the final cost. I now know where to bring my cars for service in the future.
