As soon as I walked into Elite and met Carly and Mike at the front desk, I knew I'd be getting my car worked on there. Every conversation I've had with an employee at Elite has been notably positive. It's clear that the people who work here know what they're doing and take pride in their work. They were able to complete a service on my 2010 S5 that the Audi dealership told me they couldn't do, for half of the price the dealer told me it would "probably" cost. After the exceptional service and hospitality I received here, I know that I'll be having all future issues with my car taken care of here.

I brought my 2021 Audi rs5 here after another shop had not fixed some things properly after being in an accident. I had initially brought it for an alignment and upon them looking over the car they had found a bent part that the other shop never replaced. The customer service is also excellent, they kept me updated on what they found wrong with the car throughout the day and also sent pictures of the damaged part. They even asked if I needed a loaner car while the work was being done. This is the only place I will be taking my vehicles in the future! Best auto repair place around!

Truly good and honest people. The first time I went there I had given approval for an $800 alternator repair. They called me two hours later and explained the fault was from a loose bolt, total $40. They could have just as easily used my approval to get the $800. I’ll never go anywhere else after that. Professional, clean environment and really nice and friendly people.

The team at Elite is super! They are friendly and do great work at a fair price. They go the extra mile to accommodate customer schedule constraints, provide a loaner car, and even give your car a wash before handing the keys back to you. What more could you ask for?
