I am long time customer of Jim & Katie simply because they are honest hard working people who do great work . They have created a culture in their shop and instill integrity in their people . A perfect example , a few months back I had new brakes installed . While my car was in for service they checked the brakes and found them wobbling a bit ! Carly (Jim & Kates daughter) looked up when I had them replaced and found they were under warranty Much to my surprise we scheduled an appointment and redid the work at no cost to me !
