I am relieved to find elite after many years of ho-hum car service. My Mercedes is getting older and I feel completely safe and comfortable keeping the car vs trading it in for a new one. Elite helped me make that decision via an in-depth conversation with it’s owner Jim and his daughter Carly. Actually I am fearful of the day I do need a new car and possibly have a service waranttee somewhere else- actually I would prefer their service and kindness at the front desk to a new automobile.
