My vehicle did not start one day. I called several auto repair shops and none of them would be able to take my 2008 Audi TT roadster until late January or early February of 2023. Elite Auto Repair took my car that same day and there schedule was booked solid just like all the other shops I had called. The only difference is that Elite cares about their customers and understands that when unexpected situation regarding your vehicle during the Christmas season happens they do their best to help. My car is up and running thanks to Elites great customer service. They truly want to help all customers. Thank you to the staff of Elite Auto Repair Carly, Mike, and Sam. You rock!!!!!!! P.S. (Diagnostic testing) found the problem it was a faulty oil pressure sensor and a new battery was needed.

The staff couldn’t possibly be more friendly and helpful. It’s incredibly rare to receive service like this from an independent shop. Having a driver on hand to run me back home and pick me up when service is complete is such a great touch. So happy I found Elite.
