I brought in my used 2008 BMW 528xi I had just purchased for a quick oil change, state inspection, and once-over before I started using it for my daily 90 mile commute. Amazing customer service by my advisor, Mike. Great guy, funny, and reasonable when explaining the services recommended to keep it on the road for the foreseeable future. I wasn't sold as if it were dire... simply what was actually needed and when it needed attention. When these services are within my budget, I will be bringing it back. They have earned my business.
