My experience with Elite auto repair has always been very positive. They try their hardest to give me a convenient appointment as well as they get my truck back to me as quickly as possible. The prices are reasonable and the staff is very personable. I have recommended Elite to many of my friends and family and they have been satisfied as well.

I brought my BMW 330ci here to get the starter replaced. I usually do my own work, but my schedule didn't allow it this time around (weddings, work, family visiting). I found Elite Auto on bimmershops.com and read a few reviews before I made up my mind. I'm glad I brought it there. The service was quick and efficient. I dropped the car off before heading out to work and picked it up right after EOD. Of course, they are a little pricey, but it's expected since they specialize in luxury/imports. They even have free WIFI if you want to Facebook while you wait. Highly recommended.

I did some research and landed at Elite Auto after being dissatisfied with the service and cost of dealer-based maintenance. I couldn't be happier with Elite as my regular "shop". They know what they're doing, as most of the folks here have years of tenure at the very dealer service centers that will charge you more. They know the service requirements and weaknesses for my Volvo, and I trust them to keep me in sync with manufacturer guidelines. Elite has never pushed service I didn't need, though they've told me six months in advance of anticipated or recommended repair/replacement. I appreciate this so I can plan around my schedule and budget. I've found their prices to be fair, while the service is personal and accommodating. They work as a team, are so pleasant and have customer-focused perks that have won me over. For example, they drive me to work if service is too long to sit and wait. Also, they facilitated a great price on car rental when I was without the car for a larger repair. They always make time even for those "I hear a weird noise" checks. I recommend them to anyone with a foreign car. I can't imagine how you'd be disappointed bringing your vehicle here. I'm shooting for 200k with my S80, and I think Elite might help me get there.

Well not sure what this person below is all about, but as owner of Elite Auto Repair we thrive everyday to satisfy 100% of the people. if we ever fall short of that I always give my 100% to resolve any issue. If her husband can save all the money she did then it's obvious she doesn't need us. on this one all I can say is Read the rest of our testimonials and if you like what you see come visit us... after 12 years in business Miss tell the truth is our first bad review!

These are "my car guys". If you drive a foreign car as I do, I would send you to them. The dealerships have provided me with laundry lists of things that needed to be fixed on my vehicle. Upon presenting the lists to "my car guys", they have laughed. I am consistently amazed at how easily one can be taken advantage of with regard to the mechanical needs of our vehicles. Elite allows me to have trust in this industry.
