Hi Jennie, I'm sorry you found us expensive, but we are very competitive when you compare us. I looked in our software and your name doesn't come up as being here. my only guess is maybe you came in and we didn't charge you. secondly let me tell you something about our company. We staff all professionals not entry level staff. We employ the best of the best, starting off with our highly trained technicians in fact we have 4 of them and these 4 are all ASE master certified, secondly did you know we have a fleet of loaner cars? that's right when you service your car with us we provide a loaner for you, if you prefer not to use the loaner we will gladly give you a ride to and from work or your office, did you know we wash, vac, and clean the windows on every car we service? Did you know that our car repairs have a 3 year/36,000 mile warranty? Did you know my cell phone is on our answering machine so you can call me when you need me not just when we are open? there are much more I can talk about but I won't continue to show you the value you get when we service with us, I surely don't believe we deserve a one star rating for doing our job the best we can offer and many levels above industry standards. If we were too expensive for you we should have offered you another option we do have friends that are capable of doing work but not at the level we offer to our customers and friends. I believe we do a great job and we aren't a cheap shop, We are a value shop and no one will work harder for you than we will.
