My Mom drives an older BMW 5 series that she has taken to Elite faithfully for almost 10 years. They are great to work with and never have her fix things that she doesn't need. Her car always runs like new because of them and as a result we have total faith in Elite. I have recommended them to several other high line car owners and they too raved about Elite's service and honesty as well. Plus they wash your car for you and treat you like a human being, something rare these days!

I moved to the Providence area in summer of 2012. Took me a little while and a lot of research before I found a car repair place that seemed trustworthy, and eventually I chose Elite. So far, I have been happy with the results. The prices are a little on the high side, but not unreasonable (especially since they're primarily a high-end repair shop, and I drive a 2007 Toyota Matrix XR w/116k miles). More importantly, I like how they're willing to engage me in a honest discussion of what my car does and does not need to have done to it. I'm a broadcast engineer who needs a reliable vehicle to go out in crappy weather sometimes, and I know a little about working on cars in general, so that willingness to engage me is something I value highly. I also like the customer service; they're quite willing to give you a lift if you need to leave the car there, and pick you up afterwards. So you don't need to be out of the office all day for a repair. If you want to hang out, that's cool - there's wifi and coffee and some comfy chairs in the lobby. So far I've taken my Matrix there for state inspections, snow-tire/all-weather-tire swapouts, oil changes, some brake work, and other sundry work over the last 18 months. Haven't had to have much done to the Matrix that falls into the "major repairs" category but I'm feeling pretty confident they'll do a good job when and if that comes up.

Always feel better when leaving knowing that the car has been thoroughly checked out and running properly.

This is the third time we have used the services here. The staff is friendly, polite and professional. We will return for any other needs for our Volvo. Thank you.

I have had my car serviced at other repair shops but they never were able to fix it properly. When I first went to Elite I met Mark and found him to be extremely knowledgeable. Not only did he explain the problems, he took the time to actually educate me as to what they were, and what they were going to do to repair my car and why. I never had that kind of service anywhere. I own a 2002 Volvo S80 and after having it repaired recently at Elite it is running better than ever. You guys are great. I will definately recommend Elite to my family, friends, and coworkers.
