I've been bringing my cars there for almost 30 years now. 3 Toyota's and now a Lexus. The service just keeps getting better and better. Congratulations to Jim on building his business to this extent. It is the one that I will always recommend to friends and family. Ruth, Mike and Carly are knowledgeable, courteous and go above and beyond to satisfy my vehicles' needs.....and always have it ready when expected. I miss Ruth being in the "driver's seat" but Carly and Mike are a great team (and take a nice picture, btw).

I brought my Genesis to Elite because I had a problem that no one seemed able to solve. First, I have never received such a detailed report on what was wrong with my car. Second, they figured it out and solved my problem! Fantastic service!! I highly recommend Elite!

The Team @ Elite Auto mirrors their Company’s name. They truly are ELITE. The care and their attention to detail has proved to be the single best car repair experience I’ve ever had ....and trust me - I hate car repairs !! And I’m full of negative reviews where warranted. Their full diagnostics was worth the price - I now know “for real” what’s up with my car - front to back / left to right. They were spot on as to what was needed with no heavy handed or inflated “you really need this” chaos. These guys and women are straight forward - transparent - have superior levels of communication and the place is spotless. The service floors actually shine !! I got to meet the manager and most members of their service team. Each and everyone was spontaneous in making me feel like a valued customer. And this is why you’ll know this is a real review. I had to take my car somewhere because my 35 year guy couldn’t do this certain repair. They nailed it and at a very acceptable price point. Thank you Elite Auto !!
