All of the people at Elite are fantastic. They are polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. They are accommodating with loaner cars, and even gave me a ride to the airport when I dropped my car off for repair. They call promptly with an estimate, and even told me when work was UNnecessary. It is reassuring to be able to trust that I will get honest service!

Great customer service. They checked my car and before they worked on it, they waited to hear from me to let them know exactly what I wanted done. The work was done in a timely manner. They started my car and had it all warmed up when I got there to pick it up. Mike walked me to my car and asked if I had any questions which I did not because they were very detailed from the start. But very friendly and professional! I would definitely recommend them.
