Had a great experience at Elite. Mike was an excellent communicator and they were very quick with turning around the amount of work we needed to have done. Really appreciated the diagnostic video that showed the inside of our car and what was going on under the hood. Our final bill came in under the estimate (thanks for that!). Very pleased with the service and having the loaner car for the two days was critical for us with two kids. Quality service, everyone had great customer service attitude and cool transparency in emailing/texting the diagnostic and quote. Will return for future needs!

Simply put - I bring my car to Elite Auto because I trust them. Their diagnostics have always been on point. I trust when they tell me my car needs work and I trust that they will stand behind the work that they do. I am really pleased that I can bypass the car dealership. The dealership wants you to believe that no one can handle their brand like them but that is not true -- at least not for Elite Auto. Also. I never feel pressured into getting any service. I have been a customer of Jim's for probably 20 years now. It's a good feeling to be able to support a great local business as well.

I am so glad I found Elite Auto. I drive a 2012 Range Rover Sport. Love the car but honestly cant stand the dealership. I needed a bunch of work done (not easy stuff) , timing chain, fuel injectors, suspension and break work. I brought it to Elite and in a matter of a few days I was good as new, actually better than the day I bought it. Now not only does Elite do amazing work, their staff is fanominal, kind, friendly, cautious. The whole vibe at Elite is like no other mechanic I have ever been to.
