I tend to get to the shop first thing in the morning. When I arrive I'm greeted with generous conversations that always set the day off right. This particular time was no different. Mike and Carly always show a very welcomed human side that makes the customer service top level. My vehicle had a challenge with the front tire. I planned on leaving the car but the resolution was a bad valve stem. They were able to get it fixed quickly while I waited. This service is typical and what I've come to expect with Elite. They consistently live up to the name ELITE! Thank you.

They were professional and honest. Which is different from the experience I have when I go to Audi. Audi quoted a completely different "repair" at an absorbent price. I'm planning on using Elite in the future.

I have been using Elite Auto Repair for almost 2 years for my 2010 Land Rover LR2. I have had to have a lot of work done on my car and I could not be more satisfied and appreciative. Carly and Mike are so friendly and responsive! I called them in a panic when my car wouldn’t start and they immediately accepted my request to have my car towed to them. They have amazing communication, are very honest, professional and efficient. I feel so thankful to have them as my go to mechanics because my car is such a vital necessity (especially when you have 2 small children to care for.) Thank you for everything Elite Auto Repair!
