After much internal debate, I decided to give Elite a try. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick and courteous response to my original email inquiry regarding some brake work on my Mercedes. Liking the estimate I received for the anticipated work, I dropped off my car for the scheduled work. The vehicle condition report was quite thorough, and we discussed what needed to be addressed, in addition to some brake work. The work was completed and actually came in a little under the original estimate and included a military discount. I will be reviewing my report again and scheduling some more services. Brought my car for loud exhaust noise. It was diagnosed and only the necessary piece was replaced. Customer service and contact is excellent. The Vehicle Condition Report is great in helping to see the areas inspected.

Thanks to Mike, Carly and their great crew for taking care of my son's car. Great honest people. Did not want to deal with the volvo dealer so I had to find a good mechanic. I pass by them all the time so I did my research and took a chance on hoping all the great reviews I read where right. Well ....they were. I have worked in the auto j dis try for well over 30 years. I know how hard it can be to find someone who you can trust to fix your car, listen to your concerns, treat you with respect and not overcharge. Elite Auto exceeded my expectations, provided me with better than the dealerships, and truly provided me with top notch service. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would.
