I needed a state inspection for a somewhat rare vehicle. I had already been turned down by two other inspection stations. I called Elite and they offered to take a look at my vehicle to see if there were any issues with getting an inspection. They quickly determined that they could do the inspection, and that they would be able to fit me in right then and there. Everyone I interacted with wanted to solve my problem, and for that I am very grateful.
