My husband and I consider ourselves lucky to have found such a reliable and friendly shop to repair our BMW close to home. Appontments are easy to make, response when the vehicle is in the shop is quick. The process of diagnosing problems is thoughtful. Recommendations for necessary repairs are honest. The repairs made have been spot on. The ride service both Bill and Mike is an added benefit!. The owners are all family and I feel like part of that family when I am there. We have a second car now that we will be entrusting to Elites service when necessary!

Elite is everything you could ask for in a trusted car service and repair business. The customer service it top notch, the office staff are friendly and helpful, and the service technicians are extremely good at what they do.
