I would like to take this opportunity to Thank You for the best automotive repair experience I've ever had.  Previous encounters with repair service with my prior vehicles are no comparison to the talent at Elite.  That's the reason (I think) that Elite is in your name.  And to quote the "Elite Auto Repair Difference" on the back of your business cards, "Quality, Honesty, Integrity, Friendly and ASE Certified."  If there's anything I'd add -- it's Respect!

 

To anyone who has the pleasure of being an Elite customer or is about to become one, congratulations and smart decision! Once - a proud owner of a '92 ES300, and now a '91 LS400, I know that even with the high 6 figure mileage my car is in excellent hands.  I believe it was around 2000 that I noticed a business card on my windshield.  After further investigation, I began bringing my ES to Jim.  Once, I had an issue with a radiator that a previous mechanic installed.  Jim saw me in passing and noted that it would be under warranty but my previous mechanic would have to service it.  HE DID THIS ON A WEEKEND, IN TRAFFIC: HE FLAGGED ME DOWN AND LOOKED UNDER THE HOOD! Who does that! Nobody else I know. After consulting my previous mechanic, they said that it was not under warranty.  The manufacturer even said it was.  Finally the manufacturer said: If I had the receipt from the previous mechanic, they would honor it at Elite.  Thank the Lord; I'm a pack-rat! I've never looked back and now with the LS (that's also been in Elite's care) I never will! I'll make sure that from now on, I'll have a vehicle that Elite can service!  In this crazy world, Elite Auto Repair will help you get through it with the safe, courteous, and reliable service they'll provide your vehicle.  As on their card: "Satisfaction Guaranteed!"

We drive by Elite everyday on Post Road and always wonder who are they and where did they come from. Always busy since day one, so we decided to bring our Lexus there and give them a try. Well I must say how impressed I was on their attention to detail in every way. Our Lexus came out cleaner then when we brought it in and also was below the estimate they quoted me. Come to find out they have been around for 11 years in Apponaug just never went there. Shame on me, we now look forward to having are cars serviced again.

I have been bringing both my cars to Elite Auto Repair for almost a year been have been extremely satisfied by the work that Jim and his crew have done.  They are always very upfront and honest with the work that is needed and it is always finished in a timely manner.  It really stands out how you are treated by their entire staff and also how the shop isn't the typical dirty and greasy garage that you associate with auto repairs.

 

I have had problems in the past with other shops and dealers which have serviced my vehicles and I am lucky to have found Elite as I don't have those worries any more.  We will continue to bring our cars to Elite for routine check ups and all other repairs which are needed!

Over the past seven years, my wife and I have used Elite Auto for all of our service needs for our Lexus vehicles.  We have always found their service to be excellent.  In addition to excellent service, Jim Paiva and the entire Elite Auto team are very professional, extremely courteous and look out for the best interests of their customers.  During the entire time that we have used Elite Auto, we have never felt that they were looking to push us into having repairs done that might not be needed, in fact they have been straight forward as to what needed to be replaced currently and what could wait until the next service.  We really trust Jim and all of the folks at Elite.

In the past few years, in addition to using Elite Auto for service on our Lexus, we have started to use them for all of our service needs for our BMW and our Volvo.  They have done outstanding work with all of our cars and as they say,  they speak our language when it comes to all of our service/repair needs.

Rear coil springs replaced on Audi TT Coupe.

Erin’s Comments: 

 

“I had taken my Audi” to a foreign car specialist “in Warwick for some work. They addressed the problem that I brought it in for, and said I also needed tie rods and rear coil springs. I asked if this could wait a couple of months until the next oil change. The answer was "No" because it was a safety issue. He even said that if it was his sister, he wouldn't want her to drive the car until these problems were fixed. Because he gave me a big estimate for the work, I took the car home”,…. “called Elite for an estimate. Elite's estimate was about 30% less expensive, so I made an appointment to drop the car off in 2 days. This would give them time to order the parts. After dropping the car off, I got a call later that day from Elite letting me know that I did not need tie rods at all; that they couldn't in good conscience put them in (even though they had already ordered the parts and I had asked them to do it). The tie rods were perfectly fine! They could have easily done the job and I would have been none the wiser. I was extremely impressed with their honesty. They fixed the coil springs, which were both broken, for the price they quoted me. Not only that, but when I picked up the car, they had detailed it. It was spotless inside and out and had never looked so good. I have never had anyone do this before, and I have been to many auto service shops. An honest auto mechanic that I can trust is worth his weight in gold. I am so thrilled to have found Elite. Since my visit, my husband brought his car in and also had a positive experience. I will definitely be back and have a newfound peace of mind about any car problems that might come up. You can trust Elite.”

“Great overall experience, will definitely go back. I called in the evening, dropped my car off the next morning and they gave me a ride to work. The mechanic called promptly and went over his findings, gave me a (short!) list of recommended work, and provided a reasonable estimate. Had to leave the car overnight since it needed new rotors which they didn't have in-stock, but all work was done early the next afternoon, and after all was said and done the estimate was right on. The complimentary car wash was unexpected and very welcome!”

“I went to Elite Auto repair for a second opinion on suspension problems with my Camry. The Toyota dealership had told me I needed all new struts for $2400. Elite examined the car and found the struts in good shape only a loose bar that needed fixing. The repair cost under $100 and they also looked over the car's condition in general and suggested several, inexpensive maintenance issues. I was very pleased with service I received from Elite. In addition to saving me thousands of dollars over what the dealer quoted me, they were professional, quick, and helpful in explaining the problems with the car. I feel fortunate to have found a trustworthy and skilled repair shop. I will definitely return to Elite for any future car issues and would recommend them to people.”

"We found Elite by luck (in the old location …. you almost had to know it was there) about 4 years ago, and used Elite to service our cars from then on.

After a great number of cars taken to an even greater number of dealerships and garages for service over the years, it is almost unreal to find a place like Elite.

Jim and team really do go over and beyond, they are extremely knowledgeable, they take the time to explain the issues, they fix the problem right every time, and at a very reasonable price, they look over the car to ensure that everything is in good working order, but never try to sell you extra parts or service you don’t need, you get good advice, and you get your car back in clean and perfect condition.

We have had to move out of state for work, but when I recently had a problem with my Lexus, even if Elite is now over 700 miles away, I decided to take the car there again, and as always Jim and team fixed the problem at a very reasonable price, the car (and I) hummed happily all the way home ….. all 726 miles, and it has have been running perfectly since".
